The first day!

So I am doing ok today. I woke up too late for breakfast and didn’t have time for lunch. This was not good! So about 1 hour ago I overdid it. But I am not going to let this keep me down! That has been one of my problems with losing weight. I am so very all or nothing. Like if I mess up once in the day, I just keep going because I figure I’ve already blown it. But not today! I may have slipped off track (well I wasn’t even on track yet) but I do not need to continue tonight. I have plans to workout tonight and will do it. I’m a college student and this week is very crazy for me, but I know that I will be better off if I stick to my workout plans even though it takes some of my time away. Well, this is just my rambling for now!
